Zacora A. Scott, known as KoCo “ZAS,” is a youth entrepreneur and community leader from

Berkeley County, SC. She is the Founder and CEO of the Evelyn A. Scott Foundation, a 501(c)(3)

nonprofit established in 2024 in honor of her late grandmother, Evelyn A. Scott. EAS is dedicated to

“Paving The Way For The Next Generation” through four key pillars: Food & Nutrition, Education,

Health, and Personal Essentials—serving Gen Alpha and Gen Z youth locally and beyond.

A 2025 high school graduate ranked 8th in her class, Zacora also completed and graduated from the

YWCA–Greater Charleston WE 360° Entrepreneur Program. She will serve as the inaugural

facilitator for the WE 360 Jr. Cohort, the first of its kind for emerging young women entrepreneurs.

She plans to continue her education through post-secondary studies.

Her servant’s work includes supporting her church, HHIM Church, and co-assisting with the Dr.

Tonia Aiken Taylor Memorial Highway Project, made possible through SC Bill H.3785 (2021–2022)

passed by the South Carolina General Assembly. This project honored the late Dr. Tonia Aiken

Taylor, the first Black councilwoman to serve the Town of Moncks Corner. In 2023, Zacora provided

weekly meals to over 70 youth at her church, and in 2024, she led a backpack drive that served

more than 200 students from the Lowcountry and beyond. She also served as the 2024 Youth

Keynote Speaker at the YWCA MLK Professional Breakfast.

Zacora enjoys journaling, traveling, and volunteering—and lives by the motto: “Sometimes the

hardest thing to do is the right thing to do.”
